“Gazprom” intends to buy “Armenia TV”

According to our sources, Russian “Gazprom” JSC is interested in “Armenia TV” Channel.
The company has been discussing the question of buying the TV Channel for a long time. To note, the Russian authorities are interested in not only Armenian but also other TV channels operating in the CIS territory.
In this way the Russian side tries to take the region’s media field under its control.
